Franklin Duke Regan
Duke Regan is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer who focuses on representing victims in medical malpractice cases and civil litigation. Duke joined the Law Firm of Pajcic & Pajcic in 2023 after spending over 15 years defending healthcare professionals and practices as an insurance defense litigator. He brings a wealth of knowledge on how to tackle complex medical negligence cases. Duke and Seth Pajcic went to high school together and have faced each other in court many times over the years.
Duke attended Florida State University on a full academic scholarship, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2001. He graduated Cum Laude from Stetson University College of Law, where he was named most outstanding new associate, then staff editor of the Stetson Law Review, President of the National Conference of Law Reviews, and Who’s Who Among American Law Students.
Duke was named a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star and Florida Trend Legal Elite for multiple years. Before leaving his prior practice, Duke was one of a handful of defense attorneys in North and Central Florida to receive Chambers and Partners’ highest rating for medical negligence litigation.
Duke is a Member of The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
Personal Interests
Duke is a big fan of FSU sports. He enjoys restoring old cars, including the 1968 Mustang he’s had since high school. To relax, he can be found near any large body of water.
