Car Rented to Underage Drunk

John Doe was crossing 8th street in Miami Beach when Zachary Strauss turned right onto 8th Street, knocked him 20-30 feet in the air, and broke his arm and leg. Strauss blew .220 in the breath test, almost three times the legal limit.

Pajcic & Pajcic presented evidence that Strauss was underage and already drunk when he rented the car at the airport. The case settled for $150,000 at mediation.
